At present Seguin Township has four (4) branch libraries, Christie, Foley, Humphrey & Rosseau. The Branches are operated within the Township: Seguin Area Libraries The Public Library Board consists of nine (9) persons appointed by Council of whom one(1) is a member of Council and the remainder are appointed citizens. The Board is responsible for the disbursement of the finances of the Seguin Township Public Library Branches and is responsible for the operation, maintenance and promotion of the Township's branch libraries pursuant to applicable legislation.
