eCommerce Update – Effective June 30, 2026
On June 30, 2026, CentralSquare will be enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all eCommerce accounts. This is an important security enhancement designed to better protect your accounts and the data within them.
This change affects the eCommerce portal used to view or pay bills online. No action is required on your behalf prior to June 30th — the new login experience will take effect automatically on the go-live date.
What This Means To You
Beginning June 30, when you log into the eCommerce portal, you will be prompted to enter a six-digit verification code in addition to your existing username and password. That code will be sent to the email address associated with your account at the time of login.
What You Need to Do Before June ,2026
You should verify that the email address on file for your eCommerce account is current and accessible. If your email address needs to be updated, you can do so by logging in to your account prior to June 30th.
What You Can Expect on and After June 30
1. Navigate to the eCommerce portal as usual.
2. Enter username and password.
3. A six-digit verification code will be sent to the email address on file.
4. Enter the code when prompted to complete login.
