Seguin Township’s Donation Policy was revised on July 27, 2026, to update the annual application deadline to October 1 for funding requests for the following year.

Each year, Council may include funds in the annual budget to support projects and activities that enhance the community. This policy applies to all donation and funding requests from organizations within the Township, as well as organizations outside the Township.

Organizations seeking funding consideration must complete and submit a Donation Application Form. Organizations that have applied in the past, or will apply for the first time, are encouraged to adjust their planning accordingly.

The Township will accept and review applications once per year.
